2. How We Use the Information

A. With Our Technology/ERP Service Provider

Our App may be built on a third-party school ERP platform, which processes data on our behalf strictly for providing the App's features (see Section 3 note above).

B. With Sub-Processors of Our Service Provider

Such as cloud hosting providers, payment gateways for fee collection, and SMS/email providers for notifications — all bound by data protection obligations.

C. Legal Compliance
